Introduction

Rotary Roller Pellet Machine is a newly developed pellet press with a fixed die. It is specialized in the production of industrial biomass fuel. Compared with the die-turning pellet mill, this design prolongs the die’s service life 2,000 hours longer. Not only so, the production and length of pellets are also increased with this pellet mill.

Scope of Raw Materials

The rotary roller pellet machine is widely used to pelletizing various materials including sawdust, straw, chaff, bamboo shavings, peanut shells, rice husk, bagasse, alfalfa and so on.

Gears made of alloy steel strengthens the durability, reduces the noise, and increases the bearing capacity in the gear box.
Pelletization rate, pellet uniformity and strength are increased with large- diameter die applied.
With a wear-resistant surface, the service life of rollers and dies is prolonged. Besides, both sides of the die are avaliable to use.
Sealed bearings prevents the accumulation of dust.
Diameters of holes in the die are at the range of 6-12mm which can meet different need of customers.
