Pulverizing System
When the thickness of the raw wood is greater than 10 mm, and more than 50 mm in width, wood chipper must be used to reduce the size of the material. Following this, a hammer mill (crusher) must be used to crush the wood into pieces less than 3 mm in diameter. |

Drying System
The best moisture content for pelletization is about 13-15%. Our rotary dryer is comprised of a stove and main rotary dryer, which can reduce the material’s moisture content from 60% to 10%. Our stove is fueled by coal, which greatly reduces electricity consumption.

Pelleting System
Driven with heavy-duty gearbox construction, it can produce continuously in most adverse conditions. The imported key elements are of high performance with long life and low maintenance cost. The key parts are made of alloy steel to be very strong and malleable. Die is made of stainless steel. Pellet machine is widely used in the granulation of wood, straw, other biomass sources. capacity ranges from 200kgs to 3T per hour. |

Cooling /Sieving /Bagging system
After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the wood pellet is about 60-80 degrees Celsius, with a moisture content of about 15%. A cooler must then be used to reduce the moisture content of the wood pellet to about 3-4%, thereby making the wood pellet easy to store. After cooling, the wood pellet must be protected from moisture and other environmental conditions. For this there is the packing process, which is effectively handled by our Semi-Auto Packing Machine.

NOTE:
PLC System
The system is connected to a Siemens PLC controller, which includes a motherboard, input & output module, and the relevant software. The MCC is equipped with a touch panel screen; the simulation control screen or computer control screen is optional. The control panel features automatic moisture testing, dosage application, lubrication, and steam supply, contributing to lower labor costs. Machinery can operate continuously for 24 hours. |
