It is well-known that Brazil is famous for rich sugarcane which is the largest exporter in the world. So local government has gradually discovered their considerable potential market in developing biomass pellets industry by taking advantage of bagasse and sugarcane wastes through bagasse pellet plant. Sugarcane wastes and bagasse are used to provide energy or fuel for cogeneration plants or industry boiler, while there are still hundreds of tons bagasse and sugarcane wastes which is not used. If those sugarcane waste can be transformed into bagasse pellets fuel or energy, it will make great benefits and profits for local people to meet growing demand of biomass pellets fuel on the market.
Bagasse Pellet Mill
As is known to all, biomass pellets can be made from any kinds of biological residue or agro-wastes to be processed. Bagasse is the residue of sugarcane which has been dried out of the water and meets the standard of biomass pellet raw material. If we just let the bagasse decay, which will release harmful methane and be dangerous to our environment. Furthermore, the bagasse pellets has a high energy content and burning quality. It is also an existing agricultural byproduct that avoids impacting the food chain.
Sugarcane Bagasse
Therefore, we need to build a bagasse pellet plant. Firstly, we need to process the bagasse and sugarcane wastes into powder. These powder is conveyed into bagasse pellet machine to make bagasse pellets. Besides pelleting, there are still other processing including crushing and drying raw material as well as cooling and packaging the pellets. That is to say, other auxiliary equipments is needed together with hammer mill, dryer, cooler and bagging machine to build a complete bagasse pellet production line.
