Cooling Process:

After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the wood pellet is about 60-80 degree, and the moisture content of the wood pellet is about 15%, so we need use Cooler to reduce about 3-4% moisture, such this the wood pellet is easy to store.

Bucket Elevator: To transport the wood pellet to Cooler.

Fan: To supply the energy for air flow

Dust collector (Cyclone): To collect the dust in processing

Cooler: To cool the final pellet.

It was driven by 1.1 kW motor with limit switch. Discharging speed un-adjustable, because it is automatic discharging. There is one grid board.

Hood and bin walls: Carbon steel, hard glass inspection door with door switch.
Product distributor: stationary and adjustable
Hopper: Dia is 200mm
Surface treatment: Antirust Coating and High quality Coating with White colour.
Automatic discharger closure when power fails

Grading sieving machine (Oscillating sifter): A pellet cleaning device.
Due to swinging motion the efficiency of dust removing is very high. Housing is made of sheet and provided with big door for making maintenance easier.
The sieving net can have different sizes depending on customer’s needs.
The net can be easily removed at the back of sifter.

Screw conveyor: To recycle the unqualified wood pellet. This way can save the material.
